News I have been keeping myself busy lately with a lot of photography as well as improving my website for my photography business.  It contains my artistic, commercial, and portraiture work. http://www.jessicakmepen.com/ I update the blog on my website a lot more often than this journal entry so if you want to keep up to date consider following the rss feed.  My blog entries normally contain updates of new photos and projects I am working on.  I do not post all of my work to deviantart nor do I post all of it to my website... though maybe that will change and you can do a one stop shop to look at my work haha. Photography/Studio Update So a lot changed since the last time I updated my journal.  We did go ahead with that building and studio space but ended up rotating one of our fellow photographers. Now our studio has been a work in progress since the 15th of July.  I wish we were all faster and had more time to devote to updating the space.  It is usable now and my newest photos were done there.  We put laminate flooring in for half the studio and have now decided to do the rest with it. I think it will look pretty sharp. We have also been painting ourselves which is fairly time consuming and back aching.  Wish we would have paid someone and we

Photography/Studio Update So things are being a little difficult on the studio front.  I think I will work marvelously with the other three photographers but last night when I went to sign our 13 month lease contract things were not so nice with the building management. One of my fellow photographers is a lawyer and came with me to look over the agreement.  We had a slight concern over this phrase "to have and to hold the said premises without any liability or obligation on the part of said landlord of making any alterations, improvements or repairs of any kind on or about the said premises save as provided herein.."  Now the concern comes
